Try to give this Interrupt-OB a higher priority.

you are using the connection mode "TCP S7-1x00". The performance is less compared to "TCP/IP". But in fact I would expect a better update time with so few signals. What is your configured update time in S7-Xplorer?

And please check the "communication load" setting in the Device configuration of your CPU1516. The default is 50%.

Are you using HMI devices? Is the ibaPDA performance getting better if you disconnect them?
