Dear All, I have faced similar problem with a brand new G130 inverter unit. At the beginning of the commissioning which is done by help of wizards in Starter. Drive displays the warning "Motor data identification is activated". When we tried to start using control panel in starter, drive cooling fan starts for 1-2 seconds and we get the fault; 30017 Power unit: Hardware current limit has responded too often(Fault cause: 1110_0000 bin) As described on the manual, we set the parameter P340=3, we get the fault; 30021 Power unit: Ground fault(4108) We have checked the motor, cable and motor reactor by using meger, everything was correct. Then we tried to skip motor data identification and tried to start the motor with P1300=20 (Encoderless speed control mode) we get the fault; 30001 Power unit: Overcurrent(100 bin) Finally, we started the motor without data identification and by setting the P1300=0. Motor rotation is normal. But we have noticed a strange behavior on trace records. The angle of the current and voltage on the phase U are the same, on phase V current lags about 90°, on phase W current lags about 180°. There are snapshots of trace records at the attachment. Are there anyone faced that kind of problem before, or maybe this is a normal situation? Or maybe these faults we have seen are caused by another problem. I will be grateful if anyone can give an advice. Thanks. AttachmentPhaseCurrents&Voltages.rar (815 Downloads) |

Sometimes the flying restart setting can be a nuisace on startup. If you don't absolutly need it, try to turn it off? |
