After clicking update button error message "No connection could be established. Please verify your settings, interfaces, cables, device type etc" occurs.

HELLO SIR, I have same problem,But sir simatic prosave is not working.when i click on update button and after sometime it shows "No connection could be established. Please verify your settings, interfaces, cables, device type etc." But settings are proper,cable working properly with other devices,interfaces are good. please help immidiate. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
