After emergency stop in production fault 30025 appears

Hello,

I'm not sure, do I have similar problem as you did, but maybe you can help me.

We connected Sinamics S120 to AC motor and adjusted U/f control. Motor drives some rolls and it's loaded about 50% of rated load. Every time we have emergency stop in production, fault 30025 appears. Also there are alarms 30031, 30033,7049 and 5001 and there is no way to start motor again until chip temperature falls bellow defined value.

Temeprature goes down in abaout 10-15min, but sometimes, we don't have that time and it is huge problem for our plant.

Do you have some idea, what could be the problem?

Hi... The temperature of the cabinet is ok, the fan is strong enough to cool that size of cabinet.

By emergency stop I meant, when someone pushes mushroom button and stops production line imediately.
