I have the same problem but not with the simulation it's real system.

My old system (It's running ok):

PLC: CPU313C

Software: Step7 V5.3

WinCC flexible 2008 

HMI: TP177A (or TP170)

I want to replace the TP177A by the new one TP700

and I used the TIA portal Wincc comport/avandce to migrated and loaded the old program to the new HMI. But when after I loaded the program to the HMI and connect to the PLC. The #### change to 0 (or another number) but the I just change 1 or 2 graphic page, cannot go to the others.

Before connected to the PLC  I can go to all the graphic page easily.

Can you help me.

Split from TP700 - CPU313C simulation problem via MPI.

I solved by my self.

The #### change to 0 it mean communication is ok. And 0 is the real value. I had some mistakes with tag and the visible function in the menu page(of my project) that's why the I couldn't go back  the graphic page(menu page). I found out that matter and deleted the visible function. My HMI is ok now.
