After the g120 drive is turned on, all the Ready, BF, and safe LEDs are bright orange

I have a few g120C drives, they all have a problem. After the g120 drive is turned on, all the Ready, BF, and safe LEDs are bright orange, and the on profinet LEDs  are also green. It is not possible to connect to USB  And profinet. and the BOP stays in busy mode. It looks like it's programmed with a low-end version of the software, and the firmware has a problem. I think the only way to update the firmware is with memory.  How do I find the firmware update file? 

I used the method used in the manual, this method is effective for healthy drives but it is useless to solve the problem of these drives.

If you can't update firmware with memory then you have to replace your inverter.

If you search this support site for your exact Siemens G120C part #, restrict to downloads, you can find firmware downloads.

Is it possible the BOP is faulty?  Can you swap it for another to verify the BOP is ok?

If there are PN cables connected, disconnect them until you can communicate with the drive using normal commissioning methods.  There could be some device trying to communicate with it very fast, causing it to constantly stay faulted.

The BOP is perfectly healthy. None of the network ports are connected. Using the memory, I updated another drive as follows, but the problem with this drive was not solved .
