After upgrade to S7T Config 4.2 SP4 not possible to open TRACE file

After upgrade to S7T Config 4.2 SP4; I observed that is not possible to open a TRACE file (.trc). There is an error related to "U7itrcax" file. Can you please help us? I´m sending pictures attached. In the case of a PC with a time zone setting in Windows with a negative sign (e.g. UMC/GMT -01:00 or -02:00 or -03:00, etc.), saved trace files (*.trc) cannot be opened with STARTER.
