        i m beginer of plc programming.we are data transfer between two s7-400 cpu.In my program backup programmer lock the fc50. i not able to open it.DB200 is used for both plc.now 80bytes is available in DB200 all bytes cousumed it. i need to extend the byte level in db200 so i did program in above 80 bytes in both plc.but data not transfer both cpu.i refer help menu for fc 50 mentiond send := p#db99.dbx10.0 byte 240.  now fc50 is locked condition so how to extend the byte level.other wise i need to do again create call fc50 fucntion any method is there pls guide me

Hi expert,

                  here i attached the picture for better understanding of my problem.I calling  fc 50(AG SEND/AG REC) in another s7-400 plc that fc50 automatically locked condition,now i understand fc50 not locked by programmer i am wrongly say lost post.

       Then i searched OB-1, FC-180 and FDB816 there is no call in fc50 AG SENT.where is control the the db200 accessing address in program. This attached file i increase the byte in both plc DB-200 temporary trigger some bit in FC-180 and FDB816 go to on line monitor mode there is no data transfer between two plc .pls guide me to solve the issue.

   I need to sent all backup program or otherways only OB-1,FC-180,FDB-816 and DB-200.(because all data transfer in mentiond function only used).so asking you.Tell me i will be sent it.

                  I can go through all possible way of data exchange my program.Now i got it our program global data communication used for exchange the data between two CPU.Thanks for all your support and reply.

           Now i have one more problem related editing the global data program.

Here i attached that photo realated my qusetions.

1.Now i can increase the byte above 80 bute,this global data communication maximum how much byte is possible to data transfer?

2.During my data editing time i select send/receive it's ok. But GD ID is how to edit? i select the GD ID row it show shaded in GD ID box. Guide me how to edit the GD ID?
