AI/AO module error

sandy1984 Posts: 110 Rating: (0)	Hi, I have an S71200 1214 DC/DC relay module with an anlog input/output module ie 6ES7 234-4HE32-0AB0 module the issue is CPU goes to fault mode after a few minutes and the AI/AO module red indication is flashing. I have checked the diag buffer and it is showing hardware is missing. Is it a hardware fault or firmware related CPU-6ES7 214-1AG40-0XB0 FW-4.3 Regards Sandeep

I suspect something is vibration, causing it to lose solid connection and create the fault. sandy1984 Posts: 110 Rating: (0)	Hi, I will check this but i dont think there will be connectivity problem as after powering up and the cpu is in run mode everything is normal for few seconds and then it goes to error mode. sometimes its taking few seconds and sometimes few minutes Regards Sandeep

Next, verify all unused voltage inputs are shorted and all unused current inputs are open. mahtab_khan22 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	I found alarm red on IO module after that checked the +24 volt then I got missing 0V. And given OV on it and resolved my problem.
