 you can find out it at upper side of module if it 2 wire.

As I recall correctly there's 2AI or 4AI sign on the module's case?

             Please see the S7 300 module manual for more info.

From the Pic the Module Seems to be 6ES7-331-1KF02.

The Module can be used for  Voltage , Current as well as RTD signals.

When used for Current signal, the native Input on the Module is a 4-Wire Input.
However you can use it for 2-wire transducers by supplying the 24V DC externally and modifying the wiring accordingly.
