AI New Part Number Compatibility

Hi Guys,

Can you please guide me if I can use the new module AI part number 331-7TF01-0AB0 in replacement with our existing AI 331-7TF00-0AB0? Can I just remove the existing AI module and replace it with the new one without changing the hardware configuration?

Same question goes with our AO -332-5HF00-0AB0, DI- 321-7BH01-0AB0 that may have an new part number also?

You can easily find such information using the Search box at the right of thios page, with the part number as a search term.

For your AI module, the information is shown as an attach,ment below. A successor module designation means that the new module will be a 1-on-1 replacement for the old one (maybe some electronic parts are no longer available to build the old module, and have been replaced in the new one, without changing functionalities). So you can replace the old part number on the rack with a new module without changes in the hardware configuration.

As far as the AO module, ithe part number is still active and does not require replacement.
