Alarm 1902 on D445,Sinamics Drive

Hi Dear

We have one D445 control unit in our sinamics S120 drives for control the process.recently the alarm no.1902 is coming in the simotion scout software.and for troubleshooting after some checking all of the parameter,I changed the master application cycle time in the simatic hard ware for D445.(t_mapcfactor of 1 changed  to 8 ms) and after doing this,Alarm disappear and problem solved.Of courseafter this change, we downloaded hardware to D445 and saved & compile.

Now ,every time the D445 is power off ,and power on again,the Alarm 1902 is coming again and need to  download the hardware again.it means after each black out the alarm 1902 is repeated and it is necessary to doing the above procedure for troubleshooting.

Can you guide me why this alarm is coming and why after each black out is repeated and did not save my change on D445?

yes,I did copy Ram to Rom.but I changed the time(TMAPC) from the Simatic hardware.it means after this change I saved & compiled in simatic software and did n't use the simotion software for copy Ram to Rom.

but also I did copy ram to rom and after the black out A1902 is appear.
