I have an issue with alarm buffer that only display on the alarm View for only 6 days.

The custom can not view the alarm buffer history aster 6 days. Please advise what wrong.

The alarmbuffer is a FIFO buffer. It can contain a certain number of messages. When the maximum number of alarms is reached, the oldest will be overwritten by new one.

You should consider to use an AlarmLog.

the number of alarms were 115 alarms, and this number alarms remained the same from the first day when I tested the program until 6th day when they were disappeared . I would not think the number alarms were overrided because the TP 700 can have maximum to 1024. Yes, I did use alarmlog but the customer would still view the alarm history in case the HMI does not a USB or SD card plugged in the HMI.

Please advise.

So in the 6 days, there were no additional alarms in Alarmbuffer.

And after 6 days, there were zero alarms?

Did you do a Compile of project, select HMI and right mouse click -> Compile -> Software (Rebuils all) and Hardware (rebuild all)?

Which software version are you using?

You only shows the alarms of AlarmClass 'Alarm'

Perhaps there are more alarms, but not a member of this AlarmClass?

Can you use an Alarmwindow, that shows all AlarmClasses?

Could you please explain more on the alarmwindow and alarmclass, and give me instructions how to do this? I used AlarmView to view the alarm buffer. I'm not sure where I can find alarmwindow.
