Hi,

I'm using WinCC Unified V19.0.0.3. I’m having some odd behaviour with the Alarm Control in Unified HMI and RT. It looks like the data in the Acknowledge Time and Return Time columns is not updating with the alarm in that row.

The Alarm Control is configured to show pending alarms and sort the alarms by highest class first (High, Medium and Low) then by most recent. For this example I have some alarms that Activate when the PLC goes into run due to default values.

I'm pretty sure this is a bug in WinCC Unified but if anyone has any ideas on a fix that’s would be great.

I understand alarm's will not disappear until they are acknowledged and returned, I was just noting the starting point of the example.

I am using PLC alarms. Sorry I do not understand what you mean by alarm persistence? At the moment I am simulating the PC Runtime on my laptop.

I think how the alarms are triggering, acknowledge and returning is fine. My problem is the acknowledge time and return time data fields do not stay with their alarm. The time fields switch to other alarms making them look like they have been acknowledged or returned when they have not. But when I change page and then come back to the alarm control it is all fixed as if the alarm control needed to redraw its display following a change but misses the acknowledge time and return time columns.
