alarm information filter?

Actually if you want to see the alarms in past, you have to select “long term archive”. As Nemo mentioned before alarm control can not displays more than 1000 message at a time. So you have to select a smaller range of time. But if your alarm control doesn’t show anything, it means there is something wrong with your filter condition. You can post your filter condition to the forum to check what the problem is.[8)]

Remember that your database is too big so you have to do something about it before it causes a problem in your project.

In order to make a new DatabaseRT which is empty, I created a new project and copied all the configuration parts of the old project to the project. But thesituation was not improved. Sometimes, messages came and displayed in the Messages Window but the messages was only archived in the short-term archive rather than long-term archive and sometimes they was archived in both short-term and long-term archive. Someone could tell me how to exactly control messages flow? please help me!
