Alarm Logging problem in WinCC 7.0 SP1

Niranjan Prasad Posts: 691 Rating: (37)	Dear All I am commissioning a project with PCS7 V7.1 . Earlier it was OK , but suddenly my Alarm Logging got a problem of "Server Connection Failed". I deleted the earlier Server package and generated the new one , but again the same Problem. Also the time is coming 6 hours earlier and a fault message is shown in the Alarm Logging, saying "Terminal bus connection Failed ". Phantom75 Posts: 2661 Rating: (279)	Hi Fade UP, The terminal bus message could be because of network problem. Verify that the terminal bus network work adapter is ok and make sure the terminal bus selection is not changed (from order in Network Settings/Advanced/Advanced Settings). For the time difference and alarm problem check the Computer Properties in WinCC and verify that the time base settings in the @AlarmOneLine.PDL etc. are still project settings. Regards

TerminalBus is the network PCS7 use for server/client connection.. Fade UP ...And Also why it is Telling Server Connection Failed seems you lost connection with partner station... could you tell more about your configuration: how many station, server/client, did you have trouble over all station or just part of them? P.S.: did you che if Time Synchronization is working fine and all station are synchronized? regards

From screenshot it seems the alarm system (and the complete system as a whole)is working properly. Are there some particular areas not working? Regards
