In a WinCC Comfort Panel (not Unified) there is no alarm statistics functionality.

So you can try to build your own one.

for example use the incoming event of your alarms to increase a specific internal tag or run a Script or something else.

then you can show this in a trend view or similar

But I think there is no build ini function you can use for this usecase
