I'm trying to create a pop-up window that appears when an alarm becomes active. I used a scheduled task to set a tag that controls the visibility of the window. The problem, however, is that I can't reset that variable once the alarm is acknowledged. Any suggestions? I tried creating another scheduled task for that purpose, but it didn't work.

I would recommend doing it via scripting, going through a "for" loop through all the alarms and when an active alarm is detected, activate the Popup Screen using the showpopupscreen function, for example:

You can make a small script on the basic image with "Alternate Background Color" calls the alarm popup when the signal becomes "true". See attached image.

As an alternative and possibly better solution, in WinCC Unified Toolbox there is an example of how to display an indicator (e.g. a red light symbol) when there are pending alarms. For example, you can also run this indicator as a button to open an alarm popup.
