Dear All,

I am trying to perform a simple test on ALARM_S, based on a manual " Configuration of Messages and Alarms in WinCC (TIA Portal)". But the problem now is that the Alarm_s block has a Return Value of 8084 

"8084 With the current and the previous "ALARM_S", the alarm-triggering signal SIG has the same value." - this is the Return value description in the pdf.

And I cant understand this sentence from help  " You must make sure that you call the instruction only when the value of the alarm-triggering signal SIG is inverted compared to the last call. If this is not the case, then this situation will be indicated in RET_VAL and no alarm will be sent. With the very first call of the instruction you must ensure that the value "1" is applied at the SIG input"

Even when iam changig SIG state there is always that error. I was trying to restart PLC but it's not helping
