Alarm selected in WinCC alarm control

the WinCC option ODK does provides functions to get the selected alarm line. The function returns among other information the message number from the selected message. For more information please contact the ODK hotline:

A other possibilty to get the selected message is to do these withhelp from aVBS script:

Example:

Dim objAlarmControl
Dim MsgNumber

Set objAlarmControl = HMIRuntime.ActiveScreen.ScreenItems("Meldefenster")'name from the Control

MsgNumber = objAlarmControl.SelectedMessage
