Alarms of a new configured class disappeared from HMI Comfort Panel

loreuboldi Advanced Member Joined: 10/12/2007 Last visit: 4/1/2025 Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Hi, in a working plant with automation system composed by a CPU1517-3 PN/DP, eight TP700 Comfort and a PC with WinCC Professional I've a problem of alarm displaying. I've configured a new alarm class and I've change the class for some existing alarms. After that, in all HMI TP700 Comfort those alarms are not showed any more. The WinCC Professional is showing those alarms correctly. I've found a message in the diagnostic list of every HMI: "270006 Project modified: Alarms cannot be restored from the persistent alarm buffer". I've tried to restart the HMI, reload the application (after a software rebuild all), reload the OS... Also, I've tried to reload HW and SW configuration (rebuild all) in the PLC CPU. But those alarms are still missing. HMI V16.0.0.5 PLC V2.9.4 with Central alarm management in the PLC TIA Portal V16 update 5 Any suggestion? Thanks! Lorenzo
