Alarms S1200

Hy to all,

I am using S1200 and KP300, and I am trying to configure alarms with Tia portal(V13), WinCC Basic.

I am using this manual, chapter 9.3 working with alarms: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/53385672?dti=0&lc=en-WW

and searching all day yesterday on forum, reading topic like this:

but I can't make it work. Is there maybe more detailed manual, or even better some simple example how to set everything.

Hi kijo,

1. configure alarm for eg .from m10.0 to m11.7

2.move mw10 to mw12

3.configure in alarm window of hmi as m10.0 as trigger bit 8 and m11.0 as trigger bit 0.

4.where m11.0 to m11.7 trigger bit 0to7

5.where m10.0 to m10.7 trigger bit 8to15

unfortunately I can't open your file. I get error message that I don't have appropriate version of TIA portal.

In attachment you can find error message and my version of TIA portal.

Is there any way to fix (open) this without installing other version?

I manage to set everything. I was using alarm with acknowledgement.

Please can you send me example how you have resolve acknowledgement of ERRORS??

I read everything about that I know how it works but it did not work in my projekt and a do not know where  the problem is.
