I have question about program conversion from Allen Bradley PLC to S7 or Tia Portal. Is that possible and how can it be done? I need to upload logic from allen bradley plc to logix desginer and convert that program for siemens plc.

My  question was: Is there some program that does automatic conversiong of program code written in LogixDesigner to S7. I need to replace Allen Bradley plc with Siemens and I need to convert logic from existing Allen Bradley plc to s7. Hope this clear up your doubts.

I have a tool that I have made that converts the pdf printout of a Rockwell program (eg RSLogix or ControlLogix) into symbolic logic that that can then be written out again in, say, XML for import by Siemens or CoDeSys or whatever you want.

It's not too time consuming to set up, but you want to have a decent size program, or installation, to convert to make it worth your while over basically doing some export/import and typing, but on a large job could save a shitload of time.

PS : It doesn't use AI and it does not OCR the addresses or symbols, so is 100% accurate on the import.
