Allen-Bradley -TP1500 slow communication

NavZilla Advanced Member Joined: 2/12/2014 Last visit: 12/9/2024 Posts: 63 Rating: (1)	Hello!. I have a Allen-Bradley PLC SLC 5/05 connected thru an ethernet connection to a 1500 Confort Panel. I have communication with the controller, but the tags value is refreshed very, very slowly. Every time I start the panel or I change the image, I have to wait at last 2 minutes to see the booleans changing their status or the analog tags showing their values. In the previous screen used (also an AB model) this didn't happen. I'm using Multiplexed tags in many places, but the direct tags also work slow, so I figure out that this is not the problem. Any idea??. Thanks for your time.

I mean how many devices are connected, how many data is there? did you change the acquisition cycle of the tags? to check the communication you can load an empty project to hmi which will only display one tag and check how long it's loading. maybe you have too many screen items on your screen.
