ALM V5.0 SP1 dosen't work under Win7 entreprise.

abd ALHADI Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hello every body, I meet a problem with automation licence manager V5.0 SP1 under win seven entreprise edition (campany in frensh). There is no time zone problem (I am in France : GMT + 2). I'm using step 7 V5.5 specialy to work with Win 7. but the ALM still blocked when I execute it, and show (in her state bar) no response... (see attachment) I tried to install step 7 on win xp pro and is works verry well ... Could you help me please to find a solution to my issue ? Attachment ALM V5.0 SP1 no response.jpg (57 Downloads)

We have the required operating system and the suitable hardware configuration, but ALM V5.0 still unable to work.. for the moment I use a virtual XP machine embedded on my win 7 32bits.... it's working but very slowly .... Everybody had met the same issue ? Thanks.

TomDeWou Platinum Expert Joined: 11/15/2006 Last visit: 5/7/2021 Posts: 1319 Rating: (167)	Does the Software detect your license keys? Try following: Delete the RegistryKey HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Siemens\SWS\LicenseManager\Explorer\LastView Then restart the ALM and check if it works.

Unfourtnatly, It dosen't work ! this key has 5211 value ... Thanks.
