Hello everyone! I'm currently working with an S7-1200 and a Unified Basic Panel. I've been told the system should ideally have a VNC Remote Connection to be able to monitor the HMI Panels remotely. As I understand right now, that is possible with Sm@rt Server, but since they only have a Basic Panel, that option isn't available. Are there any alternatives?

P.S. If it's too complicated to implement, could you elaborate on why? That way I can justify maybe not implementing it at all for now until we get a better panel.

due to the fact that the Unified Basic Panel, in contrast to the Unified Comfort Panel, no longer offers a SmartServer, you can always use a PC with a web browser to access the Unified Basic Panel as a Web client. The number of supported connections via Web client is 1 in this case. Please see:
