Amplitude track error

I am using old siemens motor for spindle (1PH6137-4CF49-2).I am using SMC 20 for motor encoder with Siemens Adapter(6SN1161-3AA23-0AA0). i have configured encoder as Incremental sine/cosine,1 zero mark per revolution,1024 PPR but CU is not detecting this encoder and showing alaram (231125:amplitude error track A/B over controlled A track 32760,B track 32760). Please helpfor solving this error
