Analog I/P from Flow meter

I don't have idea, how to use the analog value (From Flowmeter) to find out the "total quantity of oil dispensed". Please help... Thanks in advance.......

How can you add together physical flow measurements (mass flow rate, for example) to a total value in STEP 7 (TIA Portal)? Regards, Marcjan
