the signal type on channel 0 (pins 1&5) is a voltage signal (0~10 volt) and the address is PIW256. where i made all hardware configuration but when i gave voltage signal ,i have no response from the card.

how i can solve the problem?

Hello,

for first your card need to be also wired to power supply 24V and M as is described on module doors. Does your card have on another side (you show us only one real picture side of card) some chanels set connectors? If yes, check that connectors to be set correctly as you require due your sensor - voltage or current type.
