Analog in to analog out , then freeze it..

Hello everyone,

i'm kind of new to LOGOs but did my share of programming with other PLC vendors..

what i want to do is fairly simple..   i need to take a 4-20 Ma signal into a channel and make it go out the same 4-20 Ma on the output channel... but when a certain operation from the PLC is done, (celaning the pressure sensor on the analog input ) , i need to freeze the output so the system won't know.   the wasgin of the sensor makes it go off the scale and will bring alarms and we don't want that,.

anybody got a idea ?

already go the timers and digital outputs figured out  foe the cleaning... both in fonction block and ladder.. seems that FB is the way to go for analog ??

You can use FBD or LAD as you prefer, both is possible, see attachment for the shortest solution.
