Analog input card 6ES7331-7HF01-0AB0 always overflow (7FFF) without any input wiring

SonNH Posts: 50 Rating: (1)	I've analog input card with no. 6ES7331-7HF01-0AB0. I connected it to ET200M. I want connect 4 wire transducer to AI card so I've set all channels at 4DMU, 4..20mA and set D type jumper. After download hardware configuration, I leave all pin of AI card free, no connect any instrument (Of course i've connected power supply for it ) and I did not connect Mana to M and M-. I tried to read value of any analog channel (PIWx) and always received 7FFF. All the part of module like DI, DO, AO on ET200M work ok. Pls help me Thanks Best regards

SonNH Posts: 50 Rating: (1)	Dear UMENCHO In my project, I have 14 analog signals (4-20mA) and I use 2 analog module AI8 (6ES7331-7HF01-0AB0) to collect them. Temporarily, I setup my project in office so I have no any actual instrument to test. I've use a calibrator to generate 4-20mA but I have nothing change when connect to AI module, value return when monitor online always 7FFF. Thanks for reply

Aret Posts: 2348 Rating: (264)	Please mention, that after connecting AI there some time required before you could see it's code. could you connect calibrator before turning S7-300 on? Can you measure current (insert tester in this line)? Some calibrators do not work properly with AI modules (i've seen one:^)). Check polarity. If it doesn't help - put wiring scheme with calibrator connected here. Also you should take into consideration, that AI channels are configured in pairs - so you should put resistor on unused channel if second channel in pair is used.
