Analog Input, Funny Zero Point (Solved)

BKyhl Member Joined: 2/19/2022 Last visit: 2/28/2023 Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	HI I am useing a S7-1215C with a AI 8x13BIT(6ES7 231-4HF32-0XB0). In the hardware Configuration the AI card it is setup to 4-20 mA. (0-27648) But i have to give it 2.1mA to show Zero on the input. 4mA is about 2000. it is on all 8 channels, i think the card is faulty, or am i missing something?. Regards BKyhl Update. There was a faulty wireing on Analog input 6. That fault could make all 8 Input go wrong by 10% off its scale.,
