Dear All, I have problem with S5 CPU103 in redundant configuration for reading analog value, analog card that we use is 6ES5464-8MG11. Redundant communication using CP 521 IS, I don't know this is right configuration or not, this already installed since 1980's. So the problem is sometime the value of analog is drop in 1-3sthen back to normal. First we think the problem comes from transmitter and grounding. So then we already changed the transmitter and checked the wiring included grounding for shield. Butit was always happen for sometimes. Then we decided to switch off one of controller, so now the controller in solo mode, the result is okay, the problems not come at least for last two months, before it was twice a week.
