Hi I am very new with logo and have not much knowledge about electricity but i want to solve a problem! I have a pump with frequency regulator that i want to change of frequence by pressure and flow. in the passed it was just regulated by pressure, the regulator reads the signal of de pressure sensor and it decrease linear. Know i want to read pressure and flow, if the signals are in a range i want to increase or decrease a analog signal 4-20mA, this signal i send to my regulator. AI 1 is pressure, AI2 is flow, see the attachement how i want to fix it (its not complete but it's just a little bit playing with the parameters to make sure it always increase or decrease) Ok that's the first part, but because i am very new with the wiring i need some help. I have the module OBA8 and AM2Q (2 AInputs and 2 analog outputs) I want to start with the very basic, I wire L+ and M of each to a 24V DC, the logo starts up, uploading a program to the logo is already ok. But i have difficulties to wire a Analog signal and get a analog output. I have 2 wires i wire de - of the sensor to I1 of the analog module, then the + of sensor to L and the 2 M of the analog module is wired to each other. If i look in IO monitor of logosoft v8 i see signals, but they don't show me any result. A1 = 2 AI2 = 2 the rest is 0. If i want to send my analog output when the value is 1000 i see this in de I/O monitor as 1000, i expect i can measure 20mA on the output but it doesn't work. Is there someone who want to show me a scheme of the wiring? It would help me a lot. If i send 2 wires of pressure to the frequency regulator i measure the mA between, i would have this also with my logo send of de AO1 measure between, en get a good signal. Hello, There is a FAQ about connecting a 2 wire sensor to the AM2: Connecting a 2-Wire Sensor Check it. Regards, Marcjan |

No, 0BA8 requires new modules . |
