Analog Value from input During starting

May be somebody can explain such phenomenon: during S7-3xx station starting, controller reading the value from analog input (module 7KF02 in rack extention #1) a limiting value, but after near 2 seconds a value is normalized and is proportional to value of a signal........I am forced to delay signal reading....

May be this is implemented in software(User's program)! trigger a timer in OB100 and stop programming execution or define some min or max limits for inputs from process. To be sure ,check the signal from analog card and provide a trend for that. Regards

But it confuses me....(I don't see the reason of this phenomenon)

If so,the FAQ below may contain the answer: Why, after powering up the CPU or after changing a module, do you get an I/O access error to the analog module 6ES7331-7KF02-0AB0 and 6ES7331-7KB02-0AB0? If it is not applicable, I suggest you follow the Steps as outlined in the FAQ below: What measures do you need to take for error-free operation of the analog input modules SM331 (6ES7331-7KF02-0AB0 and 6ES7331-7KB02-0AB0)? And just in case you have a Software redundant system, the FAQ below may help too: Why are sporadically not all the modules parameterized when starting up a software redundancy configuration with 2 IM 6ES7153-2BA..-....? If all fails, I suggest you try a new AI module and should that not help send a support request to Siemens. I hope this helps

Hi Check if the transmitter has any external power supply? If so ,Check the transmitter's response on power failure in a shop with supply and measuring devices. Regards
