Analog values not displaying in program

Hello,

i'm trying to display the following analog sensor values within my program:

1. 0-10V -50 to 50 *C Temperature Sensor, on input I1 (AI3)

2. 0-10V 0-100 Humidity Sensor, on in put I7 (AI1)

3. 0-10V 0-100 Humidity Sensor, on in put I8 (AI2)

4. PT100 Temperature Probe, on AI5

Eventually i'll add a second PT100 probe to AI6, but i haven't got it yet.

The sensors are used for triggering different Outputs and also control Analog Outputs to Inverter Drives, not working yet. But i'm more concerned with getting the Analog Inputs working correctly yet.

I'm using LSC v8.2.1, firmware on my Logo has just been updated to the latest, it's a Logo! 6ED1052-1HB08 0BA0.

i'm also connecting a KTP700, which is communicating fine and i'm slowly building the screens and interactions to the Logo!.

For now, i'm really struggling to get the Logo! to read the analog inputs.

Currently i have measured the following real Voltages:

1. AI3 = Logo = -500, actual voltage 4.77V

2. AI1 = Logo = 290, actual voltage 5.29V

3. AI2 = Logo = 0, actual voltage 5.19V

4. AI5 = PT100, Logo = -500.

The sensors work fine when connected to my other S7 System, i should be reading roughly 22 *C on the Temperature probes (AI3, AI5), and ~ 55 Rh on the Humidity Sensors AI1 & AI2.

Can anyone suggest what's going wrong?

In the first LSC program (Fruit_1PLC), all analogue MUXs do not work because the enable input EN is not connected with a 1-signal.
Either HIGH signal or negate the input connector EN.

Thank you for the reply, i've put all MUXs to High, i had a number negated but missed a few. Still no sensible inputs.

Currently i have the following Hardware configuration:

Slot 1: 6ED1052-1HB08-0BA0

Slot 2: 6ED1055-1NB10-0BA2

Slot 3: 6ED1055-1MD00-0BA2

Slot 4: 6ED1055-1MM00- 0BA2

Slot 5: 6ED1055-1MM00- 0BA2

Your hardware configuration looks like this:

Slot 1: 6ED1052-1HB08-0BA0 = Base module 24RCE without analog inputs.

Slot 2: 6ED1055-1NB10-0BA2 = Expansion module DM 24R (digital in- and Outputs)

Slot 3: 6ED1055-1MD00-0BA2 = Expansion module AM2 RTD (PT100/100 inputs)

Slot 4: 6ED1055-1MM00-0BA2 = Expansion module AM2 AQ (analog outputs)

Slot 5: 6ED1055-1MM00-0BA2 = Expansion module AM2 AQ (analog outputs)

I can only write it once more:
Your base module has no analog inputs.

Only base modules with pure 12/24 VDC or 24VDC for power supply have analog inputs.
Base modules with 24VAC/DC or 115/230VAC for power supply have not analog Inputs.

Therefore, in your configuration  the first channel on the AM2 RTD has the address AI1, the second channel on the AM2 RTD has the address AI2.

 Thanks iox65, i didn't realise that's what you meant. Changed for a different logo i have, working now. Gutted i missed that on the model difference.

Logo base modules are indicated with an additional description of the AI inputs, if the analog inputs are available, see attached picture. You are able to select 2 or 4 analog inputs with all base modules, but if the analog hardware is not integrated, the signals have no effect.

You can change the base module or expand with 2 AM2 modules to get 4 additional analog inputs.
