Analogue Input module and FC 105 scale convert block

Dear All, 

i am facing a problem regarding analogue input . PLC online mode all of my PIW channels are showing a value of -37648 is it right or wrong i don't know though i don't have any SF fault on the cpu and module as well my analogue module is of 8 channel and i have set my jumpers at 2 wire configuration on both hardware physically and 4-20ma - 2 wire transducer software also .

do you really mean 37648?

If you have value 27648 you would measure 20mA - could this be right?

Pls check the wiring as I faced same situation before(-37648).  Double check wiring with reference to the drawings. 

i have checked all the wiring and go through with my sensors wiring also but the thing is i am unable to find the exact solution i have attached whats going on in the fc 105 scale convert block and also there is no error in the module itself . i am unable to sort out the problem without any connection there should be no value in point of view.

anxiously waiting for the solution

its not -37648 my apologies its -32768. In idle state my analogue module is behaving like this on all channels that value is coming with out any connection of sensor or outer 4-20 mA source and also not any sign of SF fault on module and CPU itself .

you have to check:

1- if parametrization in hw configuration is correct (according to your sensors).

2-if wiring is correct (see cap 6.7 for detail).

3-this board have some hardware measurement modules. Check modules are in correct position (see cap 6.7.2).

If all check give positive results and and you still have bad values you have to check sensors.

Maybe can help to change configuration and connect a resistor to se if you can read resistance value.

If you cant read neither a resistor your board is defective.

 i have changed my measuring range from 2 wire to 4 wire current ... now the milliamps is coming . Tell me do i have to short the rest of the other terminal if and why?
