I use a CPU314C-2 DP.

I want to use an analogue output from the cpu for controlling an analogue valve 0-10 vdc with 

Imax =160mA.

Do I need anything between the output and the valve (fuse ,resistor)?

Also I use an analogue weight transmitter to get 0-10vdc in the analogue input of the

cpu. Do also have to put anything between?

Take in account your address range of the analog output.

No , that's not my answer.

most of the time you don't use any resistance , but in some cases you can.

it depends on what type of sensor you're going to connect...

What's the purpose of the setup, what kind of sensor is it ?

do you have a wiring diagram of this sensor ?
