Hi, I've got a problem with opening pictures. Read through THIS topic, but i can't find a working solution out of this. My problem: I've got a picture with about 330 tags, all animations are connected through Dynamic dialog or Direct Tag connection, when opening this picture it takes about 3 minuts to show all animations All triggers are picture cycle, which set to 1 minute right now. I tried to change all triggers to Tag-trigger, wich resulted in double load time (after 6 minuts i stoped timing) Don't have to tell these are unaccepteble times. What else can i try to speed things up??? - PLC: 315F; - CP-kaart: GX21 (advanched IT ethernet kaart); - Switch: Fast ethernet switch 10/100MB); - PC with WinCC: 512 MB internal memory, 3.00GHz CPU-speed; - WinCC: Version 6.0, SP4, Hotfix 2; - WinCC communication settings: Industrial Ethernet mac-adres of the cp-kaart Thanks in advance Ivo |

this makes me think the problem should be solved now. So, I changed the to tag-trigger, with 1 second update. The read-in time now exceeds 11 minutes.... I dressed down the picture to just one track. the altert picture is attached. I'm beginning to think its a system-config problem, since Salma gets nice times.... However, the binairy/boolean tags are read in no-time, but the tags (text background and rectangle background, which are unsigned 16-bit-tags, take all the time.... what else can i try to speed things up??
