Antivirus software in siemens SCADA

Hello all,

         We have siemens SCADA system and using server-client configuration. we also have one engineirng station, CAS (Central archiving server) for historical server and HMI PC. Two main WinCC servers are redundant to each other. We need to install antivirus software in siemens Server, client, Engineering station, HMI and CAS system.

Below are the details of Hardware and software :

1. Two WinCC Servers (IPC 647) using windows server 2008 operating system.

2. One CAS (IPC847) using windows server 2008 operating system.

3. Five client and one Engineering station (IPC 547) using Windows XP SP3 operating system

4. Four HMI (IPC 577C) using Windows XP SP3 operating system

Above system network is not connected to internet.

we are using simatic manager and WINCC 7.0 SP3 software.

Please advice us for the siemens recommended antivirus software...

The Siemens Compatibility Tool will propose the various brands of Antivirus software and versions that are compatible with WinCC.

The Compatibility Tool can be downloaded in the following link. Start by selecting WinCC software, with the version you are using, then go down to Further products/Virus scanners; you can then look at the specific versions of Trend Micro, Symnantec, McAfee and Windows Defender that are recommended with your WinCC software package.
