Any experiences with TS adapter IE and Sm@rtAccess

polle12 Posts: 38 Rating: (1)	Hello! I'm planning to implement a remote operation of HMI device with TS Adapter IE, SINAUT MD720-3 and Sm@rtAccess option of Wincc flexible. Does anyone has experiences on this (https://mall.automation.siemens.com/WW/guest/index.asp?aktPrim=0&nodeID=5000484&mlfb=6ES7972-0EM00-0XA0&aktTab=4&lang=en)? is the telephone network fast enough for the remote control? do I need Teleservice in the PC to operate the HMI device (how is the connection between modem on the PC and TS adapter IE established)? what is Sm@rtViewer and do I need it? If you have a better solution for the remote operation than above, tell me I appreciate that.
