Hello

I am working on the similar application of bobbin unwinding and I am using two servo motors one for coiling and other for unwinding but the issue is very simple the bobbin connected to servo motor through metal 'L' shaped arm is making bobbin to move front and back starting with small distance and increasing slowly on drive ready signal and its immediately stopping when SON signal is removed. I guess its happening due to release of brake on SON signal and the load on the bobbin is forcing it to move front but servo is pulling it back and it happens to continue.

Actually Application Is Bobbin Winding...

I Also Don't Have Much Experience With Synchronization  Using Technology Objects So i'm Looking Some Solutions Here 

Hope Its Similar To Simotion Gearing

Yes I Can't Use Induction Motor With V90

My Idea Is : I Will Use G120PN Drive For Induction Motor And External Encoder .For Servo I Will Use V90 PN 

CPU 1512SP-1PN And TM Count Module 

External Encoder Can Be Configure As TO_External Encoder By Using TM Count Module

V90 PN Can Be Configure As Synchronous Axis 

Will Use MC_GEARIN Instruction

My Only Problem Is One More External Encoder....

I'm Not Sure It Will Work As What I Want But If Its Works Means It Maybe A Cost Effective One
