ARC file to sinumerik 810

EhsanGh Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	Dear All, I`m new in Sinumerik applications.I have a problem with sinumerik 810 that is PLC and other section have fault and by downloading avilable files on SinumerikPowerline (ARC extention files) nothing happened. We got the seperate PLC software(from Vendor)and I downloaded to PLC(by some modification in MPI adapter)and now the PLC goes to RUN condition without any problem. But SF signal of other side is still on.I also got the ARC file(from vendor)for NC section but I have not any software to download NC.ARC file directly by Simatic Manager. By the way if I can transfer mentioned file to SinumerikPowrline system,we can transfer the file to system. Can anybody advise mein this regard. Thanks in advance. Ehsan Ghaheri

Ehsan Ghaheri Hello, What is the error do you get in the screen ? provide the details ?? may be you need to load the NC data to solve the problem..do you have loaded it ? Please check attached documents for your reference. Before donloading the data clear NC & PLC.Make sure that you have complet backup with you. NC.ARC & PLC.ARC. Regard. Ehsan Hello, If i look at your error it looks like there is no Drive data is present inyour machine. Try loading your backup through WINPCIN tool / PCIN tool. Are you using MMC103 /MMC100.2 or PCU20 / PCU50 ? Check it out. Regards, Prakash

You also require to load motor data if your backup is not correctly loaded or wrong. Please go starup->motor/controller & enter all motor data for respective axis.then save boot file.
