Archive data log in KTP700

Dear Sir

i would like to log user administration logging details to data log in KTP700 basic panel the user manual says that the data can be archive but i am not able to understand how ? although i am able to log the alarms that are generated by the hmi and i am using allen bradley plc compact logix series but i am interested to know that can it be done by hmi

Hello,

on a Basic Panel you can archive the value of tags (data logging) and you can archive messages (alarm logging).

To log which user is logged in when (and what exactly he does) one would use the Option "Audit" on a PC or create a script for a self-build solution (not possible on a Basic Panel).

What exactly do you want to log? Maybe you can save the name of the user and write it into a file if that's what you need.
