Archive License Error

ScottR Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	The HMI contains a valid WinCC Flex Runtime License but a pop-up about not having a WinCC Archive license is dsiplayed. What causes this? The application is set-up to log Alarms to a file. Is a different license needed for archiving alarms?

You will have to use the Runtime option WinCC flexible/Archives See this link: http://www.automation.siemens.com/hmi/html_76/products/software/wincc-flexible-optionen/index.htm Then youwill have the right license. Marques Posts: 126 Rating: (2)	Wizard i think that he is not confuse with the licenses but, this pop up that appears is quiet commum, i think have already appers here in the forum but i don´t now where. But if the wincc flexible is working fine i think that have no problem. Have you install hotfix HF7. Marques
