Dear Sirs, I have a problem as subject mentioned. The backgrould is as following. Kindly give me your opinions. Thanks. The master is a SIMATIC RACK PC IL 40 which installs a CP5613. DP/AS Interface Link 20E is one of the Profibus slave.
DP/AS Interface Link 20E (6GK1415-2AA01) It is faulted with APF always lit(at this time, PWR is in GREEN and APF is in RED). According to manual of DP/AS-Interface Link 20E Release 11/2002 C79000-G8976-C138–04, it tells Page 21, APF (red), AS-i Power Fail, This indicates that the voltage supplied to the AS-i cable by the AS-I power supply unit is too low. Note: The DP/AS-i Link 20E module is supplied with power entirely from the AS-Interface. Total failure of the AS-i power supply can therefore no longer be displayed by AS-i Power Fail. You can recognize this situation because the “PWR” LED is not lit Page 135,APF LED lit, Power requirements of the AS-I slaves are too high. Result: Vol-tage on the AS-i cable too low. Check the power requirements of the AS-i slaves. If necessary, supply the AS-i slaves with an external voltage. -àAction: 1. Measurement of ASI power supply(3RX9307-0AA00) is exactly 30VDC. 2. Try to get rid of some AS-I slaves or even all slaves. The APF Red LED still lit. We installed a replacement which is DP/AS Interface Link 20E (6GK1415-2AA10, V3.0) 1. According to the manual, DP/AS-Interface Link 20E Release 08/2008 C79000-G8976-C235−01 , this can be a successor with no PLC program modification. 2. AUP does not lit. àno automatic address programming function is available. 3. Set PROFIBUS ADDRESS -àBF LED off(page24) 4. configure AS-I interface by push button(page28) Question:I can not detect ASI slave according to ”CM” LED lit, By changing to the slave display with the DISPLAY button, you can check whether all the slaves connected to the AS-Interface exist and are displayed. Result:All AS-I slaves are with “AS-I fault RED LED lit)AttachmentDP-ASi-Link-20E_en_2008-08_Manual_C79000-G8976-C235-01.pdf (560 Downloads) |
