Can anyone tell it is possible to access data through Profinet port of S7-1200 ?

I am having Honeywell Barcode reader, I dont want to add separate module for interfacing Barcodereader. Is it possible to read data through the port which is using for communication?

If yes,Please share any sample program/Docs related to this

absolutelly yes, look to Open user communication - TCON/TDISCON/TSEND/TRCV. Other choice can be C functions TSEND_C/TRCV_C in case of independed port functionality.

Hello Omega,

in this case of Profinet/TCP communication (I expect this due post from List user), probably your second link can be some chaos in case of using Serial communication procedure, link use serial communication example. Also if user List want use serial interface barcode reader, pls List give exact informations about interface on barcode reader.

You're right , user List only mentioned Profinet/TCP communication.

I just wanted to propose more options as we don't know the configuration or anything else about barcode reader itself...

Maybe his configuration is like in next example (second one) : 

Communication via the CM PtPs of the ET200 SP and the S7-1500 using the Freeport Protocol
