ASi connection to Saunders Valve Positioner (I-Vue)

I am using a CP 343-2 P communication module ASi (Order number 6GK7 343-2AH11-0XA0) I am attempting to configure the ASi channel (19) for a Saunders' I-Vue Positioner. The Saunders documentation indicates: I/O Code: 7 ID Code: A ID1: F ID2: 2 However, neither of the universal modules allow for this configuration. So, I am looking for guidance on how to configure the channel so I can communicate with the field device. I have asked "Dr Google" numerous times, and none of the search results helped.
