aso cannot work correct...

gabriel74 Posts: 30 Rating: (1)	Hi, I have a problem working with wincc v7.0 underwindows xp sp2. When I try to open a project, wincc always show this message: "No or invalid Project Context, ASO cannot work correct" And the project is impossible to open. Do you know why? Thanks! Regards.

MarioRos Posts: 3 Rating: (3)	For me a combination of renaming and copying worked: Stop service SQL Server (WINCC) Copy project and rename original Start renamed project (in SQL a new database is made) Deactivate and close project Project can be renamed to the original project name Attachment ASOcannotWorkCorrect.JPG (1763 Downloads)

UPDATE: Copying the project (not duplicating!) and then opening seems to work, here! Copying the project to another directory (not duplicating) worked for me too...! The strange think is that i was working with no problems with this project before, but after a computer normal shutdown and restart (office->home) the "aso cannot work..." problem appeared. (Wincc v7.0+SP1+HF3, in Xp SP2). Thanks christianh.
