I've looked into several solutions but haven't found the holy grail so far. I'd rather have as little as possible code in the PLC and more for the PC. Easiest would be to use Excel to generate graphs and save data by batch, i've already done most of the VBA scripting for that based on a method that i couldn't get working so far (TCP file server) |

Hello Sibrand, there is a possibility to store data in the PLC, and sent them later to WinCC, see FAQ: "How do you use SFB37 (AR_SEND) for process-driven archiving of process values in WinCC Tag Logging archives?" https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/23629327 But I think, this does not work with S7-1500. An other possibility is, to write the data via C-script in the Taglogging of WinCC, by using the function "TLGInsertArchivData".
